Google "La Luz" and "Atom voyages". There is a detailed account of setting up a flush deck Frances which sailed across the Pacific.

The one in Westport Point Mass has been re-listed for $38,000, but I believe you can get it for less. I saw it 2 years ago and i doubt it is getting any action 1. NOT Morris finished. Interior is a bit of a cob job. 2. Previous owner converted from keel stepped mast to deck steped by CUTTING THE MAS...

I saw this boat and it could be brought back. It is in better shape than DANSKA was. If you have time and skills, this one may be worth a look. Bring a Sawzall as there is some rot to cut out.

I talked with the broker who claims this boat is built with internal ballast. I could not make sense of that. Has anyone been to see the boat? If so, please report back

Has anyone used the Norvane? James Baldwin (who helped Doug with La Luz) thinks highly of it and states it is much easier to mount. There is a link to it on James' web page. Doug, your thoughts?
