COMMENTS: This is a very well thought out and well built yacht that was designed and finished off by an experienced sailor and boat builder with many well thought out details and has been well cared for by the ancient owner. It has been refreshed by the new owner in 2008

CONSTRUCTION: Fiberglass deck with balsa core, solid hand laid fiberglass hull.

STEERING: Tiller steering with transom hung rudder with Autohelm 800 auto pilot

ELECTRICAL: 1 marine battery with battery isolation Switch, Bass electrical panel. (6) Overhead lights, running lights, deck light, 12v outlets in cockpit and at electrical panel, 12v handheld spotlight

ACCOMMODATIONS: Berths for 4, including 2 settee berths amidships anda v-berth forward bunk with filler piece. Marine head in aft compartment on port side with overboard discharge and 6 opening bronze hatches with screens in the forward and side trunk cabin for visibility and ventilation. The interior is finished off with varnished mahogany trim, pine v-groove sheathing and overhead and features a drop leaf cherry table

GALLEY: Tasco two burner gimbaled propane stove with Xintex propane sniffer and automatic shut off, galley sink with fresh water foot pump, large ice box, dry storage locker outboard of stove

SAILS: Doyle full batten main with two reef lines and single line control lazyjacks. Self tacking jib with jib boom. Light air and down wind sails include a balloon jib and spinnaker with deck mounted pole

RIGGING: Sta-lok fittings on all standing rigging, 1x 19 S.S. wire rigging. Aluminum spars with Hall rigid Quick Vang. All control lines led to cockpit for easy singlehanding.

WINCHES: (2) Barlow 23 two speed bronze primary cockpit winches and (2) Barlow 16 bronze winches on cabin top.

ELECTRONICS: Datamarine speed and depth sounder mounted in cockpit on forward bulkhead, VHF, Autohelm 800 tiller pilot.

EQUIPMENT: Contest bulkhead mounted compass, Ship’s clock with tide indicator and removable mount for use at home, brass barometer, Danforth and Bruce anchors each with 200 foot rode, stern pulpit, Morse single lever engine control, , fenders, dock lines, oil lantern with custom swing out bracket, hand carved name boards on each side of stern, lifesling mounted on stern rail, tiller lock, two fire extinguishers, custom swing out electronics bracket.
